“Al-Qusair” added that the agricultural sector in the African continent , faces many global, regional and national challenges such as climate change, desertification, biodiversity, water scarcity, transient diseases, increased population rates, food gap, low productivity, weak investments and a shortage of qualified technical cadres in some countries.
