Talaat witnesses the signing of a cooperation agreement to grant a master's degree in business analysis

Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, witnessed, via video conference, the signing of a cooperation agreement between The Information Technology Industry Development Agency “ITIDA” and the University of Science Malaysia (USM) regarding granting a master’s degree in business analysis within the financial technology track to students enrolled in the Digital Egypt Builders initiative launched by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to build specialized digital competencies and refine them with a set of integrated skills through an academic program And my work is intense in cooperation with major international universities and specialized international companies in a way that enables them to implement Egypt’s digital projects and enhances its competitive capabilities in the global labor market.

USM was established in 1969 and is a leading multidisciplinary research university. Under the cooperation, the university’s faculty will provide courses in the business analysis program within the financial technology track, guide and advise students enrolled in the program, as well as suggest topics for students’ course projects and participate in project evaluation.

The duration of the study in the program is one year consisting of two semesters; It is possible to register in this program for outstanding graduates from a number of colleges and specializations such as economics, commerce, management, business administration, accounting, business information systems, marketing as well as engineering and computer science. The first batch of the program will start in March 2022, the second batch in March 2025 and the third batch in March 2026 The last batch will finish the program in February. 2026.
