Nevin Jameh, CEO of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency, stressed the agency’s keenness to implement the state’s directives to develop the productivity and capabilities of small enterprises to cover the needs of the local market and obtain export opportunities, and indicated that The agency is working on implementing an ambitious strategy to market the products of small business owners abroad through cooperation with many major global trade platforms and benefiting from their experiences and capabilities to export the products of youth projects electronically or through the agency’s participation in many international exhibitions and providing the opportunity for small business owners to display their products Abroad and concluding export contracts.

This came during her speech at the signing of an agreement event The training project is a step for export, which is implemented in cooperation between the Enterprise Development Agency and the agency International Islamic Trade Finance Society and the Foreign Trade Training Center of the Ministry of Trade and Industry; Under the auspices of the League of Arab States and in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Eng. Hani Sonbol, CEO of the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Iftaas Program 2, and a group of ministers, and Mr. Saqr bin Abdullah Al Moqbel, the permanent representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the WTO world in Geneva. Jameh stressed that the signed partnership agreement came within the framework of the Enterprise Development Authority’s keenness to implement the state’s plan and the directives of the political leadership to raise rates Egyptian exports, cooperation and coordination with all concerned institutions to support and support small projects to raise the quality of their products and open new markets to them in various countries of the world. Jameh explained that coordination has been made between the Enterprise Development Authority and the Ministry of Trade and Industry represented by the Foreign Trade Training Center with the aim of implementing a training and qualification program

Owners of existing or new medium, small and micro enterprises who wish to move towards exporting and already have a globally required competitive product with a focus on productive projects and agricultural industrialization, funded by the Corporation International Islamic Trade Finance with the aim of creating a new generation of exporters and developing the competitiveness of Egyptian products in global markets by providing a distinguished product of quality and competitiveness, and the consequent increase in productivity and operational capacity.

Jameh added that another partnership agreement will be signed with the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation to train and qualify 50 women owners of small, handcrafted and heritage projects who participated in the activities Our Heritage Exhibition for handicrafts and heritage and other owners of handicrafts and heritage projects in order to develop their products and enhance their competitiveness in foreign markets by training them in marketing skills, product photography, negotiation skills and the establishment of trademarks, as well as providing the necessary funds for them to expand and develop in addition to helping them to join the official sector.
