Mall of Egypt partners with FAD Dubai and Hisham Kharma to support talent in the field of fashion design

Majid Al Futtaim, owner of shopping malls and communities and a leading retail and entertainment business across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, has announced “Mall of Egypt” partnered with FAD Dubai, the best fashion design institute in Dubai, and the talented musician and author Hisham Kharma, in a “Fashion Glam” event that was organized specifically to announce this partnership.
Through its branches in the Middle East and India, FAD Dubai honors fans of the fashion industry who participate in its integrated professional courses and programs that are compatible with undergraduate, postgraduate and educational courses Short professionalism, by sharing their passion and adventures in the field of fashion with international fashion brands, as well as showcasing their talents on the most famous international fashion platforms in London, Milan, and Arab Fashion Weeks.
Under this collaboration, a scholarship will be provided to 15 existing fashion label owners to take accredited courses in fashion design and business development to grow and expand their their business and y Yours within the framework of Mall of Egypt’s vision to support emerging local talents, nurture them and expand their business.


The cooperation agreement was announced At the “Fashion Glam” event organized on December 5, coinciding with the fifth anniversary of Mall of Egypt, a presentation was presented by Hesham Kharma, attended by the leaders of Mall of Egypt and FAD Dubai, along with a group of key opinion-holders.
The accredited courses will take place at Mall of Egypt starting January 7th and will last for six to eight weeks. The nominees will then have the opportunity to showcase the final looks of their products in a fashion show to be held in March that includes a musical performance composed by Hisham Kharma especially for the event.
The jury will select a winner to obtain a double certificate, the first of which will receive an illustrated design book produced by one of the Creative Directors at FAD Dubai, in addition to giving them the opportunity to sell their products in their own store in Mall of Egypt.
