Cairo Global Real Estate Development Company signed a cooperation protocol with Vienna Hotels and Tourism Development to inaugurate the Makadi Saxony project located in Makadi Bay, Hurghada
The protocol was signed by Eng. Abdel Rahman Ahmed, the member Managing Director and CEO of Cairo Global Real Estate Development Company, and Bushra Ishaq, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vienna Hotels and Tourism Development Company
The signing was attended by members of the board of directors of the two companies, a group of experts in the field of real estate investment and tourism development, and cadres of specialists in the field of real estate and tourism marketing
The signature dealt with a detailed explanation of the Makadi Saxony project because of its commercial and entertainment advantages as well as the unique designs Which is characterized by this project in terms of the general location and architectural form, as witnessed The signature is also a comprehensive presentation of the project’s marketing and sales study, which focused on the strengths of this project and the tourism and entertainment advantages that attract tourism to this unique location
In conclusion, and before starting the signing ceremony, Eng. Abdel Rahman Ahmed gave his speech about the importance of such projects at the present time, which contribute to attracting foreign investments inside Egypt, especially in the coastal sites that visitors flock to inside and outside Egypt.
