The PepsiCo Foundation and the Iraqi Children Foundation announce the “Bus of Hope” partnership

Baghdad, Iraq – 24 JANUARY 2023: In celebration of World Education Day, the PepsiCo Foundation, the philanthropic arm of PepsiCo, and the Iraqi Children’s Foundation today announced a new educational partnership called the “Bus Hope” for orphans and vulnerable working children.2023 The “Bus of Hope” initiative provides vulnerable orphans and working children with tutoring, nutritious meals, psychosocial and health support, as well as the joy of childhood play.

2023 “We are grateful for PepsiCo’s investment in this creative, high-impact initiative targeting the most vulnerable Iraqi girls and boys,” said Grant Felgenhauer, Chairman of the Iraqi Children’s Foundation and Managing Partner of Euphrates Advisors. He added, “The future of Iraq depends on this next generation. The work we do is in the interest of Iraq and helps lay the foundation for the bright future that the Iraqi people deserve.”

PepsiCo’s grant to the Iraqi Children Foundation will fund two Hope buses for the year of 2017.
