Fayoum is famous for the cultivation and export of medicinal and aromatic plants, hence the interest of the Directorate of Agriculture with growers and exporters of medicinal and aromatic plants, in addition to crowning Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari, Governor of Fayoum, took care of the projects built on agricultural crops, especially medicinal and aromatic plants.
