A workshop organized by Apex for Brokerage and Consultation for Insurance and Reinsurance in cooperation with the Jordan Federation of Insurance Companies was inaugurated in the presence of Mrs. Rana Tahboub, Executive Director of the Insurance Oversight Department at the Central Bank of Jordan, Dr. Moayad Al-Kalub, Director of the Jordanian Federation of Insurance Companies, and Mr. Zuhair Al-Atout, CEO of Apex Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage and Consultancy
During the opening speech, Dr. Moayad welcomed the attendees and thanked Apex Company for choosing to hold the workshop in cooperation with the Union and at its headquarters, which is the Jordan Insurance House, with a wide participation that exceeded (70) Participants representing the majority of insurance companies operating in the Kingdom and representatives of the Central Bank of Jordan and the Capital Market Authority in Palestine, and stressed the keenness of the Jordanian Federation of Insurance Companies to put all The capabilities and facilities available in the union serve all service partners in the insurance sector in the Kingdom. For his part, Mr. Zuhair presented Al-Atout thanks the Jordanian Federation of Insurance Companies for its cooperation in holding this workshop and attracting such a large number of participants to discuss a very important topic about health insurance and life insurance, especially since health insurance constitutes approximately 02% of the volume of premiums in the Jordanian insurance market and called on participants and insurance companies to take advantage of technological developments in increasing the marketing and spread of this type of insurance.
During the workshop, which lasted for three training hours, the workshop dealt with the issue of the health portfolio renewal strategy and the new sales distribution strategies, which were conferred by two lecturers from Apex companies in their offices in the UAE: : Mr. serge Calfa – SEO PEX Risk Soultion – DIFC
