to develop public services by strengthening cooperation with development partners locally and internationally, within the framework of the state’s endeavors to lay the foundations for sustainable development in accordance with the “Egypt Vision” 2030”; In a way that contributes to improving the lives of citizens, and includes the sustainability of developing the services provided to them. During his meeting with a delegation from the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Cairo, the Minister expressed his appreciation for the development cooperation process with Japan; As one of the international development partners, pointing out that we are keen to benefit from its inspiring experience in the field of human development, which is a leading model and an essential element to support development efforts in facing the phenomenon of poverty, improving the quality of life, and increasing citizens’ opportunities to obtain work through the skills they acquire. and completing the efforts made by the state to upgrade the infrastructure in various parts of the country. The minister added, that the government is making every effort to maintain the quality of public services, by strengthening governance systems, establishing best global management practices, and strategic planning. The Minister affirmed that we are keen to benefit from the financial and technical support provided by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), especially with regard to joint cooperation in the fields of health, education and culture. , through the “Comprehensive Health Insurance” projects, the “Egyptian-Japanese Schools”, and the “Grand Egyptian Museum”.
