Starlight Real Estate and Tourism Development Company announced the contract with a company Gama Construction, with a value of 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds, to construct the first phase of the Kattameya Coast project in the North Coast, with an area of ​​100 acres out of the total project area of ​​205 acres.

Engineer Sherif Abu Talib, Managing Director of Starlight Real Estate and Tourism Development, commented on the signing, “We started the construction work of the Kattameya Coast project more than 4 months ago, and concrete was poured and the walls of 4 terraces were built, after the completion of Infrastructure works and land settlements for the project, which represents a qualitative transfer within the state’s new plan for the development of the North Coast.”

Sherif Abu Taleb, “We will inject approximately 3 billion pounds in investments in this project, and we have contracted with major construction companies in the Middle East to accelerate the pace of work on the Kattameya Coast project and complete it completely before the delivery dates.”
