The Ministry of Justice organizes a regional conference on cybercrime and digital evidence

Within the framework of the vision of Counselor / Omar Marwan, Minister of Justice towards Paying attention to the human element in the judicial system, enhancing the capabilities of judges and developing their skills. The National Center for Judicial Studies, in cooperation with the United Nations Office on Crime and Drugs in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, is holding a regional conference on cybercrime and digital evidence.

The conference aims to shed light on international and regional agreements regarding cyber crimes and digital evidence and their reflection on comparative legislation or the adoption of forms of international cooperation in this field. And to learn about the experiences of the participating countries in using digital evidence in criminal proof. And digital evidence. This conference comes within the cooperation project between the Ministry of Justice and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development.
