Allianz Egypt renews the cooperation protocol with UNICEF to empower youth and support the “Meshwary” program

The Allianz Company in Egypt, which is affiliated with the Allianz Global Group, renewed the cooperation protocol with the United Nations Children’s Fund “UNICEF” for a period of 3 years, starting from this March.

Under this agreement, Allianz in Egypt supports the “Shabab Balad” platform by supporting the “Meshwary” program, which is implemented under the auspices of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, led by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and in partnership with UNICEF, with the aim of empowering young people and developing their skills through skills development programs Innovative thinking, decision-making and entrepreneurship, in addition to career counseling programs. ) year, especially in the most needy groups. The project is implemented in youth centers in 15 governorates representing Upper Egypt, Delta, Hatra, and border governorates.

The celebration activities were witnessed by both the Deputy Minister Youth and Sports, Major General Ismail El Far and Ayman Hegazy, Chairman and CEO of Allianz Group of Companies in Egypt, and Jeremy Hopkins, UNICEF Representative in Egypt, along with public figures and leaders in the field of entrepreneurship. The Minister of Youth and Sports emphasized the importance of this protocol, saying: “We, as the Ministry of Youth and Sports, have been cooperating in implementing the “Meshwary” program with UNICEF since a year 2008. Youth in the governorates, and the Ministry is keen to encourage young people to take up small projects, adopt youth initiatives and support entrepreneurship through implementing a package of training programs.”
